For a period of ninety days following product installation, Chadbourn warrants that the system will operate as described in all published materials. Within this period, if the customer notifies us that there is a problem, Chadbourn will make all necessary changes to meet the specifications. If Chadbourn is unable to correct the defect, the customer's purchase price will be returned to the customer, including the installation fee. Of course, any modification of the software by any persons other than Chadbourn will void this warranty.
