James Weisberg

President and CTO

Prior to forming Chadbourn Marcath, Jim served as Vice President/General Manager of the Chicago division of United Cable Television Corporation. He has held posts with Buford Television, heading the company's internal consulting practice, and the Hearst Corporation, where he was manager of an MIS group responsible for the design and implementation of tracking systems for 22 million magazine subscribers. He holds a B.A. degree, cum laude, in Economics from Haverford College and an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School.





Elizabeth Eugenio

V.P. Business Development

Beth was previously with Ameritech Information Systems, where she managed the delivery of all system integration proposals. She initially joined Ameritech Communication Systems to manage the installation of a network of switches for General Motors Corporation. Prior to that she held management positions with Hewlett Packard and GTE. She holds a B.A. degree in Industrial Design from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A from Michigan State University





Sheila O'Shaughnessy

V. P., Marketing

Sheila was previously Director of Marketing at Beecham Cosmetics where she oversaw the Diane Von Furstenburg fragrance and cosmetics brands. She started her career at American Cyanamid Corporation (Shulton Toiletries/Jacqueline Cochran) where she was Product Manager on the launch of a new fragrance, Niki de Saint Phalle, as well as Assistant Product Manager on the Cie/Candice Bergen line. She holds an A.B. degree in English from Bryn Mawr College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.





Todd Anderson

Director of Customer Service

Todd started his career with Chadbourn and has moved through various programming and customer support positions. He currently is in charge of the company's installation and maintenance efforts throughout the United States and Canada. Todd holds B.A. degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University.





John Navarra

Director of Systems and Programming

John also started his career with Chadbourn as a developer and systems analyst. He currently is responsible for the design and development of all telemanagement client/sever modules. He serves as a technical reviewer and contributor of computer publications for McGraw-Hill. John holds a B.A. degree in Mathematics from Northwestern University.
