Chadbourn Marcath was founded in 1984 as a management consulting firm to help companies build a telecommunications strategy that addresses their customer contact goals. We evaluate, recommend and implement platforms that enable our clients to meet their current communications requirements and plan for future enhancements. Typical consulting projects consist of an analysis of the existing communications structure in order to identify key areas for improvement. We review communications exchanges between customers (voice, email, web, etc.) and the infrastructure to support telephony applications (switch architecture, IVR, voicemail, multi-site routing) and network applications (fax, email, web enabled applications, CRM, ERP). Various solutions are presented which consider a range of potential technologies and their associated monetary and organizational costs. We pride ourselves on recommending the most cost effective technology configuration for the organization. Once a technology platform and budget have been finalized, we can manage the acquisition and implementation of some or all of the components. We place great emphasis on educating personnel in order to smooth the transition to new technology and new business practices. Our client base has included ABN AMRO, AOL/Time Warner, Bank One, Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), Comcast, Morgan Stanley, and Premier (Healthcare Alliance). |
