Chadbourn Marcath was founded in 1984 as a telecommunications consulting firm. After working in hundreds of call centers and at the urging of our clients, we launched Call Center Solutions®, a suite of four ACD enhancement products in 1992. Today, we continue to offer management consulting services to the telecommunications industry and have licensed our software to other manufacturers, central offices and corporate clients.
Unlike other third party software developers, our products embody much of our management orientation. We're a responsive and feisty group of professionals who truly enjoy contributing to successful call center operations.
