Empowering agents to adjust their handling of calls in response to changing conditions is the objective of the CC Broadcaster. With three display options, the CC Broadcaster can improve communications no matter what the physical layout of your call center.



The TV display option is uniquely versatile. It can be used interchangeably to display ACD statistics, company videos (training, message from the president, etc.), or special event TV programs. Recent innovations in technology have made flat panel televisions much more affordable and they now are available for the same price as a two-line readerboard. Televisions offer full color and high resolution, and work in call centers where wall or ceiling mounted displays are visible to all agents. An added benefit is that if the call center layout changes and a display is no longer necessary, televisions can be deployed to other areas of the company, such as the cafeteria, reception area, etc. Shown below is a sample TV screen.


 
 
   
     
   
   
 
 



We recommend the LAN window display for call centers with cubicle configurations or obstructed views. In call centers where agents are members of multiple queues, or where adjacent agents are members of different queues, it allows each agent to see only those statistics that are relevant to them. New messages pop to attract attention and can be deleted when read by the agent. The Broadcaster window can be placed anywhere on the agent's desktop and can remain on top when multiple applications are open. Shown below is a sample workstation display.
