Demo The CC Announcer takes the place of your existing ACD recording announcement that greets callers. The CC Announcer can be configured to play before an Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVR) or behind it. If your browser is setup to handle sound files, a player will appear below. Click the play button and wait a moment while sample message loads. If an audio player did not appear in the space above, then your browser doesn't support sound. The following is sample text that you would hear when all agents are busy. "Thank you for calling CMI customer support. All of our representatives are busy helping other callers. Please stay on the line--your call will be answered in less that thirty seconds. Thank you for your patience." This sample CC Announcer voice file was recorded in the customer's chosen voice, and plays as soon as the call is transferred into the queue (when all agents are busy). The caller is never removed from queue, and if an agent becomes available during the announcement, the caller is cut through to an agent. The CC Announcer adds no additional time to callers holding in queue. The CC Announcer is a cost-effective product that goes a long way toward improving customers' perception of your company. |
